Partial planning & elopement $500+
If you have most of your vendors and your planning done but you need help with the finishing details and making your day organized, I can custom a package for you that will help you finish what you have started. Includes contacting and booking vendors. meetings with vendors and travel expenses. Designing the event with mood board and custom designs. This package also includes 30% discounts on our antique collection for rent. 30+ hours of planning.

If you are an earthy bride that want to do an outdoor elopement with less than 100 guests, we charge a day of coordination fee plus hours spend time designing, planning, and finding vendors for the following
- backdrop or archway
- ceremony seating
- dress and suit attire for bridal party
we also charge for our travel expenses to whatever awesome outdoor location we decide to choose. You an also choose some vintage items from our rental collection.

Full Service Event Planning $3,000+
If you want us to take care of everything and you sit back and enjoy the whole ride we can do that for you. We can design, organize, set up and be by your side with every decision and detail. This includes FREE full access with our beautiful antiques for rent. Starting at 100+ hours of planning.

Day of Coordination $500 +
This package includes myself during the event to coordinate the timeline and coordinate event set up. Night before/morning of set up of all decor and vendors are in place. I will have all contact information for vendors, wedding party, venue etc. I will make sure that all events are coordinated in a timely manner and make sure the bride is as comfortable as possible. I will handle all the events problem solving and task management. Then when guests have left it will include our team of take down. We will adjust the fee of day of coordination depending on how many team members will be involved in the coordination.
My main goal is decor only. We will be decorating and making sure vendors are doing their jobs they are contracted to do, so that the event runs smoothly. This day of coordination fee is not included in the planning and design fees.
Fees do not include busing tables, cleaning of venue, taking out garbage, setting up lighting or installations, or tables and chairs. If these things are added to coordination I will hire more team members.

Is your wedding outside of Utah? We are willing to travel with our unique rentals with charge of delivery fee of 10 per hour driving for truck driver and also travel fees for myself and my team.
