Design boards + Decorating

If you have most of your vendors and your planning done but you need help with the finishing details and making your day beautiful, I can custom a package for you that will help you finish what you have started. Designing the event with mood board and custom designs.

Love the idea of running away to the mountains and have a romantic intimate event? You may still need a designer and coordinator to help you with your travels, booking vendors and design. We are here to help you make it an free and easy event for you to have your dream elopement. We are willing to travel for destination weddings outside of Utah.

Partial + Full service planning

If you want us to take care of everything and you sit back and enjoy the whole ride we can do that for you. We can design, organize, set up and be by your side with every decision and detail. IF you have most of your vendors booked but need help with organizing the rest we can customize a partial planning package.

Day of coordination

This package includes myself during the event to coordinate the timeline and coordinate event set up. Night before/morning of set up of all decor and vendors are in place. I will have all contact information for vendors, wedding party, venue etc. I will make sure that all events are coordinated in a timely manner and make sure the bride is as comfortable as possible. I will handle all the events problem solving and task management. Then when guests have left it will include our team of take down. We will adjust the fee of day of coordination depending on how many team members will be involved in the coordination.

We will be making sure vendors are doing their jobs they are contracted to do, so that the event runs smoothly. This day of coordination fee is not included in the planning and design fees.

Fees do not include busing tables, cleaning of venue, taking out garbage, setting up lighting or installations, or tables and chairs. If these things are added to coordination I will hire more team members.

Day of coordination with guests of 40 or more starts at $800

with 2 team members starting at $1,500

with 3-4 team members starting at $2,000

Is your wedding outside of Utah? We are willing to travel with our unique rentals with charge of delivery fee and travel fees for myself and my team.



We have a unique collection of antiques to rent that Katie has collected at flea markets, and inherited from her Grandfather. She has had a passion for vintage and reclaimed items and love to use these elements in her weddings and interior design. We offer everything from custom backdrops, tables, vintage chairs, rugs, plates, candle sticks, vases, pots, and more. We also have many hand crafted and american made products to rent for your event.
